Emergency service
A furnace out on a cold night or a dead panel doesn’t keep business hours. KGB offers emergency service — call 573-302-8063 and talk to the team about what’s going on.
Practical solutions for the systems that keep your property comfortable, powered, and working the way it should.
What we do
Emergency help when something quits, maintenance that keeps it from quitting, and the full range of HVAC and electrical work for homes and new builds around the lake.

Scheduled maintenance that keeps heating and cooling equipment checked and ready for the season, catches small issues before they turn into breakdowns, and keeps systems running the way they should.
New equipment installs, replacements, and repairs for heating and cooling systems — from furnace change-outs to full system installs, fitted to the home.
Complete wiring for new builds and remodels — pre wire circuits and panels through the finish work of lighting, outlets, switches, and fixtures.
HVAC and electrical handled together on new construction around the Lake of the Ozarks, coordinated from the first rough-in to the final walkthrough.
Power where the water meets the house — dock outlets, lakeside lighting, and weatherproof electrical work built for lake life.
Methodical testing of heating, cooling, and electrical systems to find the real cause of a problem — measured at the vent, checked at the panel, and explained in plain language.
About KGB
KGB HVAC & Electrical LLC is owner-operated by Whitey Beiser, who leads the company’s heating, cooling, and electrical work. Working alongside him is Gary Benedict — a business owner at the Lake of the Ozarks for 22 years and the owner/operator of KGB Exteriors, LLC.
Together, the two owners bring decades of combined skill and hands-on knowledge of how lake homes are built, from new-construction rough-in to the finished systems inside. Behind them is our team of skilled technicians and master electricians — so the experience directing each job is matched by the hands doing the work. That whole-house perspective helps uncover how comfort and power systems interact — and keeps communication simpler from the first conversation to the finished job.
